Public Offer

1.1. This document is the official public offer of the Peaumée online store (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and contains all essential terms of the purchase and sale agreement. 1.2. In accordance with the Civil Code, this offer is public. 1.3. Acceptance of the offer is the placement of an order on the Seller's website. Acceptance of the offer means full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this agreement. 1.4. By entering into this agreement, the Buyer confirms that they have fully read the terms of the offer, rights and obligations of the parties.

2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of cosmetic products (hereinafter referred to as "Goods") to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the Goods under the terms of this agreement. 2.2. The name, quantity, price and other characteristics of the Goods are determined based on the information posted on the Seller's website. 2.3. The Seller guarantees that the Goods are not under prohibition of alienation, are not subject to litigation and are free from third party rights.

3.1. Prices for Goods are indicated on the website in UAH and EUR, including all taxes. 3.2. The Seller has the right to change prices without prior notice. The price at the time of ordering is final. 3.3. Payment methods: - Card payment (Visa/Mastercard) - Cash on delivery - Bank transfer for legal entities 3.4. The order is considered paid upon receipt of funds to the Seller's account.

4.1. Delivery is carried out to Ukraine by delivery services: Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta. 4.2. Delivery time: 1-3 business days from the moment of shipment (depending on the region). 4.3. Shipping cost is calculated automatically when placing an order. 4.4. The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the Buyer from the moment of transfer to the delivery service.

5.1. The Buyer has the right to return Goods of proper quality within 14 days of receipt, if: - The product has not been used - Appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels are preserved - There is a document confirming the purchase 5.2. Return of Goods of improper quality is carried out in accordance with consumer protection laws. 5.3. Perfume and cosmetic products are not subject to return according to applicable regulations. 5.4. Funds for returned Goods are returned within 7 banking days using the same payment method.

6.1. The parties are liable for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of the terms of this agreement in accordance with applicable law. 6.2. The Seller is not liable for: - Inability to fulfill the order for reasons beyond the Seller's control - Actions of delivery services - Improper use of the Goods by the Buyer 6.3. The parties are released from liability for partial or complete non-fulfillment of obligations if such non-fulfillment is a consequence of force majeure circumstances.

7.1. By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with data protection laws. 7.2. The Seller uses personal data solely for order fulfillment and does not transfer it to third parties, except for delivery services. 7.3. The Buyer has the right to access, modify and delete their personal data by contacting the Seller.

8.1. This agreement comes into force from the moment of acceptance and is valid until full fulfillment of obligations by the parties. 8.2. All disputes are resolved through negotiations. If agreement is not reached - in court in accordance with applicable law. 8.3. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to this offer. The new version comes into force from the moment of publication on the website.
