Return policy for our products

1. Return of Cosmetic Products
Cosmetic products belong to the list of non-food goods of proper quality that cannot be returned or exchanged, in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 19.03.1994 No. 172 "List of goods that cannot be returned or exchanged under the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection'". Therefore, the return or exchange of cosmetic products of proper quality is not carried out.
2. Checking Your Order Upon Receipt
Please check your order at the Nova Poshta branch before leaving. If you notice package damage, do not take it — you must immediately file an Acceptance Act and a Claim directly at the branch. If you received the package via a parcel locker and discovered damage, document everything with photos and contact the nearest Nova Poshta branch. Compensation is only possible with proper and timely documentation of all required forms.
3. Return of Defective Products
If you received a product of improper quality (manufacturing defect), you are entitled to: • Replacement with an equivalent product of proper quality • A refund of the amount paid To proceed, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with a description of the issue and photos of the defect. Legal basis: Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 1023-XII dated 12.05.1991.
4. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order without penalty if it has not been shipped yet. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible via Instagram or email. If the order has already been shipped — wait for delivery. Refund for a paid but unclaimed order (if you did not pick up the package) is processed after it returns to our warehouse.
